Network USA, LLC is a privately held regional telecommunications service provider. Formed in 1998 by a merger between Delta Communications, Inc. and Central Telephone, Inc., Network USA brought together experience in the broadcast, microwave and data transport services.
During the infancy of its formation, Network USA began to realize the difficulty in providing high capacity services to the rural market. This realization led to the acquisition of Sun America Communications in 2000. By owning its own fiber optic network, Network USA was now in the position to offer new competitive services into the markets formerly only served by the RBOC (Regional Bell Operating Company).
